At BRICKYARD FITNESS, our trainers create programs that equip our clients with the preparation to get started, the facility to provide an opportunity and the results to create the success. Fitness is 100% mental! As our body will not go where our mind does not push it.

We believe that building a positive attitude and culture is incredibly important and at the BRICKYARD we are guided by our 3 core values of preparation, opportunity, and success. These will be used as markers throughout your fitness journey with us.
